withdrawals

I sure would like an answer to this. Does any1 know y it takes so long to get ur money when u withdraw from any poker site???? Seems to me they can take ur money within (most times less) 5 min. but it takes u forever when u withdraw.The poker sites donot give good reasons.I dont think it should take any1 more than 5 days to get their money. 1 place took me 6 months to get my money (casino) What wrong with this picture??

with all the money they have you would think they could do it quickly, like just sending it back to your checking account. maybe they just like being difficult. i have never withdrawn any money because i can never get high enough to take it out, but working on that... what site were you trying on? i play on ftp

Most poker sites are not in the US and I am sure there is plenty of rules and regulations to go through when they mail money into the US.

You should always choose the fed-ex me a check option when cashing out...If it costs money then pay it...You get tracking numbers you can follow...there is no guessing game.

I only play pokerstars and have had great experiance with my withdrawals (monthly).I linked my bank account and usually have my money in my account within 5 days.The few times that pokerstars has had a problem with payouts the gave me an additional bonus amount.In 6 years this has happened twice....the 1st time I withdraw $400 and it took them almost 3 weeks so they put $60 extra in my account for the inconvienance.The 2nd time I withdrew $300 and it took a month and they compensated me with an extra $30 for my inconvienance.With the new USA laws I can no longer have my money directly deposited in my account,they now have to send a check.My last one took 5 days,and seemed very fast to me
