I'm in the middle of a withdrawal dispute on WalkerPoker. I started my bankroll by playing the "fun-steps" and decided to cash out when I built my bankroll to $1200. The nightmare began when I tried getting my money on Carbon because they offer checks, and Walkerpoker does not. I simply sat down at a cash table with my account from walker, and carbon, and then dumped all the money into the carbon account. I instantly requested a check for most of the money,(by the way, it's impossible to TRANSFER funds on walkerpoker, thats by i chip-dumped). While the check was in process I played a 33 dollar tournament, but entering the final table my account was suspended. Unfortunately I was unable to un-suspend my account before I blinded into 5th place, and found out later it is illegal to move money from one casino brand of merge to another. All I had to do to un-suspend my account was scan my drivers license and credit card. Then I tried withdrawing via wire transfer. After 3 weeks and many arguments with, in my opinion, the incompetent live chat customer support staff I contacted the gaming regulator for merge, Kahnawake Gaming Commission
, and filed a complaint. They contacted WalkerPoker support and within a couple days my wire withdraw was approved. It's now been 1 day since, and the wire has not gone through yet. I hope it's not stuck in cyber space like a couple of you guys experienced.
