I had an idea and I wanted to run it by you guys to see what you think. I think if the online poker sites are having trouble with withdrawal request, they could offer a mastercard or visa debit card that would be connected directly to your online account. If you have money in your account, you have access to it 24/7. No need to withdraw and wait for a paper check, or for it to post back to your original form of deposit. Please give me some feed back before I compose a email to send to two sites. pokerstars tried out a card last year and it was a big flop. X

They have tried this, without much success. I know that PokerStars had a PayTru Visa, that worked like a debit card, but it fell through. They do have an eCheck option now that works much in the same way neteller did when that service was available to US and Canadian players.

love it

Great idea, but probably unworkable. With the UIGEA, how could you ever get an American bank to affiliate with a poker site?

I'd do it even if I had to have the credit card at an overseas bank, but I have no idea how to do that.

I definitely want an easier withdrawl method. I am currently having issues with withdrawals from bodog. Please keep the team informed on your progress.
