Hi all,
Here is a little poll i would like people to answer.
This is just informative, to understand what’s the common behaviors when withdrawing. Hope that much players will answer for it to be useful. Leave comments if you need to explain your behaviors.
Wanted to add that i decided to post this poll on different forums for me to see if there is some differences between the results.
Let’s also say that i didn’t yet withdrew but will probably soon and was wondering how to act.
Thank’s for answering.

If I get a big win, I make a partial withdrawal. Otherwise, I don't bother withdrawing as I don't keep much in my accounts.

As a general rule and one which is good to go by is:

When you double your bankroll withdraw half the winnings...

For example:

$1000 bankroll, once doubled to $2000, withdraw $500, leaving $1500, then once this has been doubled to $3000, withdraw $750, leaving $2250, and so on and so forth...

Well I voted for 'I withdraw every month', which I have for the last 4 months. I seem to have enough BR now to cope with regular monthly withdrawals.

If I have a blank month, then I probably won't withdraw for that month.

Im just a beginning player so I don't see the benefit in withdrawing yet.

But if I ever get solid I would probably not withdraw till I've hit a big limit and need the cash for some reason. At the moment poker is a past time and I'm still learning to become a solid winner. So for now I'm just building it and hopefully move through the limits.

In the far future I would probably withdraw partial amounts to have a little bonus money from playing poker and leaving enough off there to be rolled for the limit that I'm playing.

i live in the Philippines and it's expensive and/or tiresome to put money into poker accounts, so i often leave more than enough to be able to play at the stakes i play

another reason for withdrawing would be if i need money to play live poker
