With all this information on cheating and bots on ACR and ignition being crap software, I was wondering if I could get an authentic and safe online poker experience and VPN in to playing on pokerstars from in the US.

It seems like you can VPN into pokerstars and deposit fine probably, but since you can't anonymously withdraw with things like bitcoin, it seems like there is no way to get your funds out of the site without them figuring out that you are not in New Jersey or in some other place in the world etc. Am I wrong in this conclusion? Or is there some way using neteller or some other method I'm not aware of? Any information would be great, but I'm guessing I'll just have to stick with ACR

Stick with ACR.

If you screw with them you will be banned forever. Not worth it.

You'll get banned when you try to withdraw. That's the key point. Don't be stupid about how you choose to retrieve your winnings.

the problem is when they ask you to validate your documents.

Yeah I wish they would already pass a law for American poker online. So we we can have some American based companys. They can tax and regulate it. It's so stupid they are missing out on tax money.

RE: Withdraw from US Poker site with VPN

I think what everybody is missing here is the fact that u can play in a legal state like NV, online, even if just visiting (according to the law and rules) so using a good vpn and your real US ID to register and withdraw should not pose a problem. Am I missing something? wsop and 888Poker combine both their player pools as well as the players from ea of several states (that entered into reciprocated agreements) like NJ, DE, and NV. The point of ID Proof is for KYC regulation and not so much to prove your residency of a particular state. Most NV online traffic is from played visiting from other states. Plus it’s standard safety to use a VPN for security if using an insecure or unfamiliar network. Por’ Que no?
