Hello guys, my name is Ruslan, I come from Russia.

I use Google translator, there may be inaccuracies, I hope for your understanding and support.

I have been playing PkerStars since 2012, playing under the nickname $ChipFishka$, I am not a good player, I am a terrible player.

For me, PolerStars has always been number one in the world, over the past month they have destroyed all the trust gained over the years!

On June 7, I played poker, made some top-ups, I lost and won, everything was as usual.

At a certain point, I decided to take a break for a week, set self-restraint for a week.

And here the fun begins

After I set self-restraint, my account was blocked for me.

At the time of blocking, I had 449$ on my balance

After all the hassle, my account was unblocked on June 10th.

On June 8, when my account was blocked on pokerstars, I went to play on another site, when I did to fund my account on another site, I accidentally paid my PokerStars invoice. 12,000 Russian rubles, at the rate of that time 168.89$

When I removed the lock on June 12, I did not find these funds in the account.
Everything remained unchanged, the account was 449$

June 14-15, I don’t remember exactly, I wrote PokerStars chat in English.
They did not say my question is pending, in a financial Department.

June 27, I was answered in the Russian chat.
All this time, my request was in line in the wrong department, and the fact that they will answer me in the evening.

At that moment I thought it was a joke, I was very angry.

On June 27, I posted this story on a Russian forum, unfortunately they did not help me, there is no PokerStars representative there.

https://forum.gipsyteam.ru/index.php?viewtopic=154895#entry6567194

June 30th, I again contacted PokerStars support via chat.

This time they told me that the responsible game department is dealing with my issue.

Today is July 2, I am still waiting for an answer.

This money is important to me, I'm very upset.

I needed them 10 days ago.

I can’t describe what I’m experiencing now, there’s no money, no bankroll, I’m angry, I’m upset, I’m depressed.

This site was famous for its service, its attitude to the players, now this is far from the case!

After the on June 30, I was again banned.

You are not able to deposit when you impose self restrictions.

There isn't a Pokerstars representative on Cardschat. You will have to contact Pokerstars to sort out the issue live chat from inside the client is the best option. You should also check with your payment processor to see the funds was sent to Pokerstars.

I do not understand part of your story. What method did you deposit with and how you make a mistake to deposit on Pokerstars from another site. To my knowledge you need to be logged in Pokerstars in order to request a deposit.

when I was making a deposit, I did not expect more than two minutes of money. There will be a month soon...

Despite all this madness with the covid-19 pandemic, many people have made accounts on poker platforms (very well) and are taking technical assistance by storm with all sorts of questions and problems that if they read the terms and conditions on the site would he also had answers, that's why in your case I think it takes so long until you receive an answer to your problem. It would be good to have an account statement with your deposit. Your problem will be solved, stay calm! Good luck!

Well most likely the payment is hung up somewhere.

First check with the ewallet hopefully they got it back.

If the ewallet does not have it is probably pending somewhere with Pokerstars. In which case contact them.

Live chat works best as you get real time reply but the contact form works well too I get a response from them in worst case a few hours when I use it normally it is within an hour.

What do you mean by "invoice"? I have never heard of a poker site sending invoices or bills to people. Besides, if you already had $449 in your account, why deposit more money?

That's what I would like to know as well. I do not understand what exactly the issue is here.

I can see that I am going to need to change the title of this thread, but I am confused as to what the issue is? You self-excluded yourself, right? And whatever happened to your account was from your own doing, correct? So how is PokerStars mocking you?

One time I had trouble with a withdrawal from another room, after some days still the information of the transaction, but my bank account still without the money. So I decided to speak to my bank manager, I found out it was a bank error and there is no problem with the room, I had to provide some documents to receive the money.

Generally the poker rooms prefer to resolve this quickly, to avoid problem in their reputation, you need to check all the details and check if there may have been an error, and send a report on the details that they will resolve.

3 weeks have passed since my deposit, my funds have not been credited to my account.

Instead of solving my question, they redirect me from one department to another. They fool me.

During these 3 weeks, my account has been blocked 3 times. They do not solve the problem, it is a mockery!

I contacted an electronic wallet, they told me that the money was sent, there was no error from a third-party payment system.

There is nothing you can do, since yo do not speak English and only use Russian Google translate. Try to find a Russian representative for Pokerstars.

None of us have ever received an "invoice" or "bill" from Pokerstars, like you mentioned...

What did you mean by that?

I don't think anyone really understands exactly what has happened. :(

I made a deposit on June 8 from an electronic wallet, this money did not go to the account.

I have been ignored for a month.

I contacted the payment system support team, they said that the money was transferred to PokerStars

Within a month there are proceedings.

I ask where is my money?

They tell me that my question is a priority, but in fact nothing has changed, they fool me for a month.

Guys, I was patient, but a month from the day I replenished the account, it's too long, do you understand me?

My suggestion is to find a friend who speaks both Russian and English. Get them to help you with PokerStars.
If you have to live chat, email with PokerStars, have someone there who can help you more than google.
There are things getting lost in translation.
It really does suck that you are in this situation, I hope you get some resolution soon <3

This thread is all rather confusing

First the OP says that as he is self excluded from PokerStars he intended to deposit funds on a different site, but by mistake sent it to pokerstars?? How is that even possible, surely you simply deposit through the relevant sites cashier within the client, so how would you accidentally deposit to stars

Secondly, you talk of paying an invoice or bill from PokerStars again this seems unheard of to me. I wonder was this an email? is it possible that you may have been victim of a phishing scam and have sent the funds to some con artist and not infact to pokerstars?

brother, the pokerstars team tries to be as fair as possible, i already had a problem, it was not like yours, but they solved the situation as soon as possible and tried to be as fair as possible, the best thing to do is wait and I'm sure they will try to be as fair as possible.
