I've tried depositing with a mastercard, visa, and Echeck. I get the same error everytime.

Is it because I am US?

Yep, your US credit card is no good.

Moneybookers won't accept it either. Best thing is open Moneybookers and wire the money to your account, then deposit into Full Tilt

That's what happened to me as well at pokerstars, with my credit cards. So I decided to try an Echeque but i got the same message. But they had an option where I could send in my personal information to confirm that I am the owner of the cheque. A day later, they confirmed me and I could deposit my cheque. If you are wiling to risk personal information you could check if you can do that at full tilt.

Some banks block these kind of deposits. Fortunately mine does not. Sucks to be in the USA sometimes.

You should be able to use echeck. Don't know why you couldn't. This comes right out of your checking account and the banks have to honor it unlike credit cards.

You can use echeck, or buy an all access visa card. Gotta make sure it is the all access one though, they will not accept the others.

I tried depositing twice and I got the same error. I waited until the morning, when my bank was actually open, and it got accepted.

Idk if there is any connection between my bank being open or not, just thought it was interesting...

I have tried depositing using echecks and been declined several times. So it's been gift cards for a while.

Today I tried when the bank is OPEN instead of 1 am and it worked!

With all the 24/7 ecommerce going on, I never would have thought this would make a difference.

Actually damon, we are not so lucky here, there is legislation here also that prevents us from playing but so far none of the major sites are paying any attention to it, I found this out when I tried to sign up to Reefer Poker and then Carbon did the same thing, that is they would not let me open an account there, and they sent me a copy of the legislation which I didn't read compleatly, but it did have some rubbish about Aussies not being allowed, I didn't follow it up as I didn't want to bring any attention to it in case other sites started doing the same.
For a test try to sign up to either Carbon or Reefer and see what they tell you, Please let me know your outcome with these two sites.

I learned the making sure it's an 'all access' one the hard way. Such a pain just to put money on an account ;/

As mentioned earlier in this thread the 'ALL-ACCESS" card from Net Spend works with no problem on PSTARS and FULLTILT.

I have found the most reliable way to deposit on Full Tilt is using the Netspend prepaid Visa or Mastercard Gift cards. I have never once been refused with this method.

Sometimes when you try to deposit with same cc 3-4 times more it can accept your deposit.I've tried it.
