What was the reasoning, if any provided?? Did they not forward you a reference number to go to WU with or exactly what??

I am talking about lock Poker. When they changed my status to processed I just had to wait for the MTCN to be posted. Then the status changed to failed the money was put back into my account but the cashiers dept. has not replied to my emails in 5 days. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Is there any way of getting to anyone past the front line of clerks that continuously send the prewritten replies that get us nowhere in solving our problems ?

Lock is insolvent and about to go bankrupt. I'd try to sell your funds for whatever some idiot will pay you for them, then bail out.

I thought Lock would last till end of the year but it seems like they wont even last for several more months. I could see this site just shutting down overnight.
