cool, yesterday i saw those at the grocery store for sale. Seems like you need the deposit bonus just to break even for the funding fees.

Just make sure it is the non-reloadable card to avoid issues.

Only $4.95 for the non-reloadable card unless something's changed that I'm not aware of. It's really only a lot if you do small amounts. But with limited options for US players, it's close to the best deal available.

Okay, if you plan to use a Visa/Mastercard Gift Card for deposit, IT MUST BE ALL ACCESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do not get green dot (reloadable) or Vanilla. These both won't work. You can also go to www.netspend.com, and get an All-Access card you can reload (it works, I have one, and have used it many times). You an transfer funds from your paypal account, direct deposit a check, or just go to a reload center - and its all free!

Well, just to be clear, there are still potentially some fees involved with using the reloadable card (at least according to NetSpends FAQs). It's just a matter of being aware of what will cost you and what won't.

I have acctually had some LIMITED success with the green dot pre paid mastercard. I can get it to work on sportsbook.com, playersonly.com, and U-bet. However, no such luck on cake, full tilt or stars.
