using visa gift cards

hi, i was just wondering if there is any particular brand of gift card that works or doesnt work with particular sites. I was especially wondering about which ones pokerstars will accept. any information is appreciated

well i actually heard that none of these cards are exceptable at
large poker sites such as FT and pstars

however there was some thread in which a poster said something about how FT you can deposit using a visa gift card. to be honest i dont see how they would allow users to deposit with these cards.

1.) how would you withdraw? in order to withdraw your funds from these top sites usually they need some bank account info in which to transfer your funds to the account....unless you just ask to receive your funds in a check, which usually takes even longer and im pretty sure your required to pay a shipping fee if you want a check.
not exactly sure what the price is though.

The all access visa card works on PS. That is the only one and not all places that sell those cards sell the all access. You should go to the all access visa website and plug in your zip. It will pop up a list of places to buy them.

Cashing out of PokerStars via check does not cost anything. It just takes 7 business days to get there, and I had no problems cashing it.

FWIW, if you are depositing via gift card (either $25, $50, or $100), it is unlikely you'll be cashing anything out right away if you are using proper BRM. And even if you have a nice run and win a couple hundred, waiting 7 days to get it, really isn't that bad all things considered.
