Using a VPN while traveling for US resident

If I’ve verified my account with proof of address and ID verification, but use a VPN from abroad to play on carbon poker, do you think this could prevent me from making a withdrawal by bitcoin? Also, how could they detect the VPN usage and what country I’m in while using it? Thank you everyone. First post.

The problem with using a VPN for USA is it may be a New Jersey or Nevada address... These two states have the normal laws of gambling and aren't friendly to sites like carbon poker.
