Currently living on a military installation and going to be wanting to withdraw from bovada and lock is this even possible since mailing address is a P.O box?

Never cashed out from Bovada, but the Merge cashier, at least, has always sent my checks via Fedex (US player). Fedex doesn't deliver to PO boxes. I'd contact the sites and see what they can do for you. I would hope they would be able to figure something out.

no since alot of sites use fedex to send the checks

I got my check from Carbon last summer sent to a PO Box, worked fine.

So I assume it was sent regular mail? I just wasn't sure. I always figure the best way to do it is just to ask the room.
