How good is ultra prepaid as a deposit and withdrawl option

tbh i don't quite understand it either...Hopefully someone here knows something about it because i am planning on withdrawing and I wanna know what the best option is.

I don't know if you live in US I would suggest all access visa for deposit and the check for withdrawal. The major problem is the deposit in the US check withdrawal is the minor as check is always an option. If you can deposit without a problem and it is reloadable you should have no problem.

I have never had a problem with visa all access. As far as ultra prepaid, it seems like it should be ok, but you never know with some of those things...
