I have been trying to cash out with UltimateBet through a bank wire for the amount of $2500. When I didn't receive my cash out in the 3-5 business days as promised they told me to give it a few more days.
After calling my bank and them verifying with me that they do not see any bank wires coming in, I told UltimateBet and they said that they sent a swift trace which would take 6 business days to find out.
After those 6 business days passed, I got a call from a gentleman who spoke little English telling me that they didn't hear back from the processor and that it would probably take another 6-10 business days for them to figure out whats wrong.
I keep telling them that it seems like a problem with their processor and its not my fault, and for some reason I'm being punished. I verified all my bank information over the phone and all numbers were correct so I know its not my bank.
Also, when they reply to my emails all it says is that they forwarded it to the team that handles cashouts and they will get with me shortly.
Is there anything I can do more to possibly get my $$ through a courier check or something, or am I just at UltimateBet's mercy?
