Well it depends what country your in for a different process, I've personally have never had a problem as I use instadebit
. I see the money in my bank account within 3 business days.
We haven't really heard any stories that UB has never paid a legitimate
player so I wouldn't worry to much if they have all the right information.
Whats probably happened now is they've had to put a stop on the wire as you called and stated you hadn't received it yet, so they have to wait and see that come back to them or trace it to find out actually where it is. You could have received it and spent it and called them back and said you didn't get it They have different various departments so when your emailing support at UB they do have to forward that to their Cashier(finance)department.
If your in the US i'm afraid you are at their mercy until they find the 2500$, and I know that it sux especially when your waiting for it on a certain day and have plans.
You've stated that you have had phone conversations with them and your verified and they forsee no problems, so I wouldn't worry too much.
You may have to be even more patient
