Hello Everyone. Sorry I haven't posted in awhile. I was wondering if anyone else has had problems receiving their money after withdrawing from Ultimate Bet. I requested a check for nearly $600 in mid-February. After requesting the check, they told me it would take 4-6 weeks to get it. After not getting it after the 6 week period, I requested a stop payment on the check. Since then, Ultimate Bet has informed me that they are unable to get a hold of this bank to check the status of the check. I also requested another check, this time for $120, in mid-March. I haven't received this check either.
I have friends that are playing on other poker sites, such as Full Tilt, who receive any checks that they request in 2 weeks or less. As time goes on, I feel like I am going to be out the $700 that I am owed.
Is anyone else having problems like this with Ultimate Bet? I realize that some people have money frozen with neteller. Ultimate Bet gave me the name of the bank so I could also contact them--Chexx, Inc. I just sent them an email AND called them and left a voice message. Needless to say, I am NEVER playing on Ultimate Bet again, just for this reason alone.
