Ultimate Bet Withdrawl Problems

Hello Everyone. Sorry I haven't posted in awhile. I was wondering if anyone else has had problems receiving their money after withdrawing from Ultimate Bet. I requested a check for nearly $600 in mid-February. After requesting the check, they told me it would take 4-6 weeks to get it. After not getting it after the 6 week period, I requested a stop payment on the check. Since then, Ultimate Bet has informed me that they are unable to get a hold of this bank to check the status of the check. I also requested another check, this time for $120, in mid-March. I haven't received this check either.

I have friends that are playing on other poker sites, such as Full Tilt, who receive any checks that they request in 2 weeks or less. As time goes on, I feel like I am going to be out the $700 that I am owed.

Is anyone else having problems like this with Ultimate Bet? I realize that some people have money frozen with neteller. Ultimate Bet gave me the name of the bank so I could also contact them--Chexx, Inc. I just sent them an email AND called them and left a voice message. Needless to say, I am NEVER playing on Ultimate Bet again, just for this reason alone.

Tiltboy is having trouble raising a check with ub until he sends them all sorts of id stuff by fax. Maybe you could talk to him and see if he had any luck with it. I think they wanted picture id from him before they would issue a check.

I have spoken to my bank because ultimatebet want me to fax over photo id with an address and my card details. The security risk is too great to send card details a photo id is fine if thats what it takes.

They told me they were running a random security check 30 minutes after I asked them to send me a cheque and close my account - simply because the reasons for opening an account was to play tables on my mobile but I found the range of tables was understandbly not as vast as on a pc.

They wont give me a contact number to speak to them where I would be able to answer some security questions (if anyone has this for UK residents I would be grateful). This is unlike any other poker site I have been on.

I'd seriously advise anyone to avoid ultimatebet it's too much hassle.

Supposely it takes 10 business days once youre withdrawl is processed. I just did my first withdrawl this weekend.... it was processed yesterday, check by mail, lets see how long it takes.

wow, but ultimatebet is like top 10... I heard a lot of stories, but didn't realy believe in. Hm. Good luck guyz!

I've made 3 withdrawals from UB and gotten the check within a week. Can't say more than that.

I don't think theres a problem, as long as you deposited in to your Account.
