UIGEA-Prepaid Cards??

So do you think the prepaid cards will still work after this ridiculous law starts?

alot of the cards will work because the sites payment processor is continuously changing its name and it ussally never has poker anywhere in the name

Now do you think the states will put the ISP bans on gambling sites such as states like Kentucky has?

No ISP ban. I expect Kent. law to eventually get overturned.

no the law is for the banks not for players, it is telling the banks you cant process transactions that are goin to online gambling. their wont be anything against individual players.

What about cashing check? or depositing checks into my personal bank account from sites such as pokerstars or full tilt?

no the restriction is only for the bank to process funds that are going to online gambling not coming from, it is a legal check that you would be cashing or that would be getting deposited, they just are not suppossed to send funds to the site

So in all actuality it is possible the prepaid cards will not work then.If the law is against a bank Im pretty sure these prepaid cards fall into the bank category?Yes or No?

this is a little late, but I know that visa/MC Prepaid cards work..AMEX are a little iffy

I think the sites will always find a way for us to get money on there. Has anyone trying ordering pre pay cards from over seas. I would bet you can order them online and they would work without a problem but idk. Just a thought.

All the worry was for nothing the all access still work on stars tilt and bodog
