does anyone have trouble withdrawing from fulltilt?????

i heard they give u the hardest time when it comes to withdraw

i've even seen on FT's site forums saying that they do a lot of investigation on you.....and it ONLY happens when you try to withdraw!!

But when it comes to deposit.....once they get your info.....they take ur money without any problems.....

As soon as you try to withdraw anything over $200 or more.....they will start to find any problems they can......FIRST they suspend your account.....then when u ask them why they tell you its under investigation.....

if you ask why are they investigating when u withdraw and NEVER when you deposit.....then you get the basic.......NO RESPONSE IN MONTHS....

I heard it's only with FT.....is it because they are running into a lot of legal problems?????

Anyone else share similar experience??

I started on pacific poker then tried party poker and then went to Full Tilt where I still play. I have never had any problems with deposit or withdrawl.

I haven't had any issues with their withdrawls. Although no process is perfect. $hit happens at times. It's unfortunate you've gone through this experience.

He hasn't "gone through this experience," but instead is posting based on a lot of "I heard's," which is a little messed up, IMO.

If you've had a bad experience that's one thing, but to post some hearsay saying that they give people problems withdrawing isn't right.

Customer service at fulltilt

Yes I had a simular problem, but I couldnt deposit until i had a scan and copy my drivers licence and a bill. I tryed email and it was very unhelpful.A few times they didnt even get back to me.Besides the customer service,it is a good site but its frustratin that your trying to deposit which pays there wage and they just fob you off.

That's not just FT-a lot of the sites require you to verify your identity and where you are from, but usually when you are trying to withdraw. I think it would be BETTER for them to require that information up front when you are attempting to deposit, instead of allowing you to deposit, win some money, and then ask you for it when you want to withdraw. If you're legit then this would speed up your withdrawal process, and if you're not legit then it seems dishonest to let you play against other players, whose money you might win, and then have them end up keeping your winnings when you can't pass their screening requirements.

If you're trying to DEPOSIT and they don't respond, then I say they can go to hell and go play at another site. That seems pretty simple.

If they owed me money and didn't respond, I would keep trying to get in contact with someone, but I would also make sure my attempts to get paid were very well-documented and THEN I would share my problems with others in forums like this if I didn't get the problem taken care of.

And of course I would never play there again...but I would hope that goes without saying. I have read posts of people who are having problems with sites but continue to deposit money with them??? That is completely moronic, and if you do that then you just didn't learn your lesson the first time around and deserve what you get.

Hi all
I had the same impossibility . When you started your account with promotions bonus or no deposit bonus , they told me to complete the points (bonus promotions required) to be enable withdraws .
A lot of then verify your identity and where you are from, only when you are trying to withdraw.
Easy to deposit , too hard to withdraw .

Generally, I think more people break rules AFTER they deposit rather than prior to having any money on the site. It definitely makes more sense that they investigate later on if anything looks suspicious.

What most likely happened was your information that you entered at the time of deposit did not match exactly to your bank info. It could be as simple as one letter or number off. This happened to me once i scanned and emailed everything, all is well.

I'm not sure about withdrawing from Full Tilt as I've never tried. Not sure if you have to have a certain amount to withdraw either. I doubt I'll ever get enough to worry about anyway but it's sure fun trying. Good luck to all when trying to withdraw.

Git yer story straight, sonny. You hurd it's difficult to withdraw or you're having trouble withdrawing? Please explain the discrepancy. Do you just want attenshun or something? I don't believe FT is keeping your money to go buy a new gold duffle bag filled with diamond yogurt; that's crazy.

I here alot of storys like this however I have never had any problems myself. I guess I`m lucky. I have withdrew several times with the most being about $1200 and I have always gotten my check within 2 weeks. I`ve always had them send me a check. I really hope you can get your problems workedout.
