Is there a way for a US player to fund an over seas account?

Setting up an account and playing is no problem with good IP software. The only road block is a way to fund and withdrawal money. Opening accounts is easy. I can make my computer look like its in any country I need to. Even Money Brookers worked. I just don't know how to fund it. Are there any prepaid cards I can like to an Canadian address?

You are doing this because....?
Is it really that hard to understandKenzie? I have spent the better part of the the past 15 years playing at Paradise, Stars and Full Tilt. Putting money in and taking it out whenever I need it. And there was always 10 different options for the game I was looking to play.
Now after BF I have to deal with a few sites that do whatever they want. They raise the rake. Take weeks sometimes months to pay you. Poor customer service is an understatement. And all that for a site with 1000 people playing on it at its peak times. I have to play whatever game I can find. And if you are looking for SNG forget.
I am just trying to get back to how it was. I am surprised you don’t see that.

Wow, that must be really tough on you. Is it possible that you are the only one feeling like this? It does seem that you are the only one who is trying to circumvent restrictions put in place by the sites and the FBI, by posting on a public forum (with a resident pokerstars rep) to see if anyone can help you break some laws!

I guess that is something I did not think about. I really don’thave that much of a criminal mind. I am Just a frustrated poker player. And Iguess it makes sense that if ever you have to work this hard to get aroundsomething. That should be your first clue not to do it.
