Taxes on withdrawal?

Hey. Question for Canadians playing online poker. I know in canada we don’t pay any taxes on lottery/gambling winnings unless we are professional. Just curious though as to whether there any taxes due based on the online site location (eg if they are based in UK). Anyone know?

I believe the taxes go to the sending party on that one but eh Im not positive and if its a small win its better to keep it hush hush
