the state of depositing these days

so old lazy nateofdeath was wondering if anyone could either direct me to a relevant thread, which i could not find, or let me know what it is like trying to deposit on poker sites (like stars) these days. what is the best way to do it? tyvm

definately all access visa cards, if u can find them

Echecks work fine for stars, for both depositing and withdrawing.

Go get yourself a prepaid visa. All access brand work on most sites, so do the Gift2go ones that you can pick up at walgreens or cvs. Also if you have a large shopping outlet/mall close by they usually sell there own version, just make sure the card clearly states that it is good for international purposes.

It depends on where you live, my cvs and walgreens do not sell them, however it is available at Hess, which is a convenience store and the only place to buy them in my area.

I use a visa debit card,but always check out the best withdrawl method first..I try to avoid pic-club myself.best to get a check by mail if the site offers it.The minimum withdrawl is usually $100.This is where usemywallet/quicktender may help,its usually $50 to withdraw with this method.

I deposited by e-check just the other day, so I am sure that works...

Word of advice... don't deposit.. straight rob the scene by winning freerolls. Cash out and repeat. It's really not that hard.

I made over $600 before from 0.

With over 1,000 posts I'm guessing that the poster here knows about online poker.
I never deposit online. I just call up my sister and she transfers it to me (but I hear she gets it from her partner, Poker Orifice ha ha ha).

I just used a visa all access non reloadable card and it worked to perfection.

1.) i drove to my local gas station (Speedway)

2.) Found the card that says "$50 Visa Gift Card"..it was purple

3.) Read the back of the card to make sure it was the all access one

4.) Took it to the counter...bought it

5.) Came home..registered the card online

6.) 2 Min after registering it i made a successful deposit of $50....badass

I bought a prepaid card then read the fine print that said you cant use it for online gambleing. Make sure you read the back beforeyou buy. I ended up useing my card for gas and not poker.

All access visa works every time.

yeah it's the all access prepaid visa cards. Also I wonder why they don't accept visa debit cards or credit cards? Is it the bank or the poker site?
