serve card

Hello to all,Couple questions and input thanks in advance. I have an amex serve card its blue, they have 3 colors but in any case has anyone here used an amex serve card with ignition/bovada or bol and acr as well ?
I'm new to bitcoin ,and so far from what I've read people slightly tend to dep with a c.c and wd with bitcoin.
Next question is I set up coinbase and a blockchain wallet so when let's say I were to deposit using bitcoin ...do I send/pay option from coinbase to blockchain using the wallet address and than to poker room from chain ? I'm sorry if it sounds newbish but like I said earlier the crypto is very confusing without ever doing it and I really don't want to mess up with a WD or deposit.


If all possible I'm going to try dep with c.c and hopefully after a couple weeks do a WD with bitcoin but want to have all in order.
As time moves forward it seems that crypto might be the only way on future for deposits and WD.

I suggest not sending straight from coinbase to any sort of gambling services. They will ban your account unfortunately. Your best bet is to yes send to the blockchain wallet then make the deposit. Although Coinbase is known for tracking coin you still have a chance of getting banned from coinbase but I would highly doubt it if you havent gotten any warnings before with them. I do not have any advice on the cards sorry.
