Serious Lock Poker Deposit Issues since July 1st

Just want ya'll to be aware that since July 1st there have been a tremendous number of reports that people who have been depositing to Lock Poker have not had their account credited for the deposit, but the bank account/credit card/Moneybookers has been debited.

It seems customer support has been almost non-existent for these people and you may want to delay any deposits until the problem is cleared up.

I see one person has reported they finally got the money in their account 2 weeks after initial deposit and email to Support.

Lock Poker Representative

There were multiple threads on the 3 main issues that plagued us this week so rather than trying to post in all of the separate threads I thought I would create one central post now that I have responses to all the problems.


Sunday tournaments crash
Unfortunately there were some technical issues encountered and we'd like to assure all of you that addressing these issues has been the top priority for Lock/Revolution Network staff this week. The issues were strictly server related and certainly didn’t involve anything malicious as has been suggested in this thread. We never like to see players inconvenienced by technical problems and we'd like to apologise to everyone for the difficulties.


Custom support response times
I can happily confirm the posts that have been floating around about the massive expansion of the support team to finally be able to properly meet the support load. Im told they are training now and will come online 22nd of July. We are giving them a period to get things a little more under control and will then launch full live chat support from the 1st of September.


Deposits not credited
We have discovered a technical issue where the system passes over a failed transaction message on successful deposits. This is happening with 5-10 deposits a day. We are working with the processor to eliminate the problem and we have put real time reporting in place so we can find and deal with these problems proactively. In the meantime, we are working through all known issues. And please continue to send them our way.

Lock Poker Customer Service and Withdrawal is Horrible

I made a withdrawal request on June 3rd for $1500 and was told by Lock representative that it would take 3 weeks for my check to arrive via FedEX. Today is July 23rd, I still have not receive anything. I've sent 5 emails to Lock support since July 5th and have not gotten a respond. I checked my withdrawal history on Lock site and they have no record. WOW.... smell like a rigged site if they can't even reply to emails, and can't afford to pay out $1500.

Ouch! Sounds like Lock user's are going through mayhem... this is why I chose Intertop's as they have their OWN INDEPENDENT payment processor... of which I have never had a problem. It is a pity that Intertop's has closed their doors to any new US sign-ups though... I feel for you Lock player's... especially maddening when you cannot have live tech support chat nor will they respond to emails... This is why I personally stayed away from Lock after the switch from Merge to Revolution... and went with Intertop's instead as a Revolution platform. I hope all of the people experiencing difficulties can get it sorted out... Especially the deposit / withdrawal issue!

I posted something about this as a new topic and my post got relocated to the lock main thread. As of earlier last week. Probably like monday, it was still going on and lock had yet to even really comment on it or acknowledge any issue. Check 2+2 for up to date info.

That said, they still have a problem with many customers and it seems to be moving along slowly IMO.

I so see reports saying their customer service has picked up in the last week or so.
