Hi all.
I'd like to return to playing online poker after having been away from it for quite some time now. A lot has changed since I last payed in terms of deposit and withdrawal methods for US customers, so I was wondering if someone might be able to direct me to a good resource or FAQ which provides a summary of the various deposit and withdrawal methods currently available to US players. I know that most of the US-friendly online poker rooms provide a summary of available deposit and withdrawal methods on their websites, but I'm looking for some variety of "all-in-one" third-party FAQ or review which looks at the pros and cons (service fees, processing time, etc.) of the payment methods currently available.
As a side question, back when I started playing poker online a couple of years ago, visa and Master Card were pretty much not an option for players in the US. I've noticed that a number of the US-friendly sites now are promoting Visa and Master Card payments, so has something changed recently that's making this a more acceptable deposit method? Also, is there a possibility of accruing cash advance fees on the credit card when making a deposit to an online poker room?
