problem withdrawing from party poker

I recently tried to withdraw cash from party poker using their BANK FAST. The money didn't go through and bounced back minus $60.00 I asked party poker and they clamed they do not charge for the transfers, my info must have been wrong, and to contact my bank as they must have taken the money. I did this and my bank told me that they have no record of any transaction.
