prepaid credit cards?

Just curious if anyone uses them,and if so do they all work.
Or is there a paticular kind to buy.

yes ,pepaid visa card do work i get mine from giant eagle.they usually only take 20 min and you can use it.plus you can save on gas 20 cents off every 50 dollars you spend there.hope this helps

I had to get the all access, the vanilla did not work for me on pokerstars. I would goto the all access visa site, then call the store ahead of time to make sure. Good luck

I picked up one out of a gas station but was disapointed once i read the fine print. not for internet gambling use hahahaah i couldn't believe that was actually in there. I have heard about some good ones you get online tho.

You can still ussually deposit even if it says that. If not, just make an entropay or neteller account

This is exactly the post I was looking for I'm going out in the comming days to buy a prepaid Visa I hope it works I promise to update tis entry after I find out.

I use the all access card and havent had any prob what so ever ! gl to all when you deposit. Hope you win more than you give !

All Access Visa Cards are by far the most universal for most sites. I've used them with no issues a couple times. You can find locations that sell them by going to the following web site & putting in your zip code:

but if u use the prepaid card......and want to make a withdraw....then they credit back to your last deposit method..... then wouldnt that be not possible?? unless you dont plan to withdraw, i wouldnt use that method!

There are other methods for withdraw for ex: a courrier check or western union in some cases with the right ID verification......

In addition to that I would also like to add that I have recently deposited for the first time with a Visa gift card and here are some of the things that I have come to learn in the process that I would like to share...... It is absolutly true that you can use a Visa All Access card to deposit from the US including first time deposits.... It is also possible to use the plain old Visa Gift card on sites that you have had a previous successful deposit on.... Yes even if it says on the card that it is not for gambling..... If your intention is to apply the $ to a site with a previous good deposit??? Your golden!!!! I have applied both techniques with a few diffrent sites and to be even more specific for those of you who don't want to possibly wast money.... I have successfully used:

A plain old gift card (that had "not for gambling") printed on the back of it to fund my Bet US, Cake & full tilt poker accounts that I have made SUCCESSFUL DEPOSITS on before.

I have also put cash on all 3 of those same site for the very first time for family members with a VISA ALL ACCESS CARD.

This was all done within the past week so my accomplishments are very recent.... I hope that I have helped someone with my own findings that I'm sure if you scroll up some you will see that someone else prolly already posted some similar remedys to your goose egg problem in your poker accounts good luck on the tables!!!!!!

Use all access card and cash out via check for US players. Has worked for me so far.

I was also wondering if these cards could be used. My Mum wants to open an account on party poker but doesn't have a credit card. Problem solved!
