pokerstars withdrawrals using paypal

How does paypal withdrawrals work on stars? do they ask for your name or is it just an email address when using paypal? Theoratically can i withdaw into someone elses paypal account provided that this paypal account is registered in the same email i use for stars?

pokerstars will ask you to confirm your identity before you can make any withdrawal.
They will need to see some documents to see if they match the info you gave when you opened the pokerstars account.

In canada, you can use paypal to buy play money on PokerStars but that seems to be all.
