Pokerstars withdrawal question.

I stopped playing at PS when they made a bunch of changes (including getting rid of the $1000 VIP freerolls, my favorite freeroll tourney) back in January.
Recently my brother sent me $2 to mess around with and after a couple of weeks of playing spin and go games I have a bankroll of $71. Even though I had a good run (mainly due to winning most of the key 4x and 6x games) the constant bad beats and ridiculous all ins put me off, so I decided to cash out before I go off the rails and lose it.

I completely forgot that the minimum withdrawal by CC is $100, so what I'm wondering is if I make a deposit of $30 and wait a few days could I then withdrawal the $100, or is there something in pokerstars rule to prevent something like that?

I never had that issue when I played there regularly, I always waited until I had closer to $250 or more before I would cash out.

Yep, you can do that. I do it all the time on Pokerstars when they have a deposit promotion. Btw, I would suggest waiting at least a week between deposit and withdrawal.

I figured that might be the case, but I wanted to make sure as I really don't want to deposit there again unless it's a situation like this.

if you using paypal or neteller, you can withdraw with a lot of less as CC requirement.
Every time when I will to withdraw from PS, it takes just a few hours to credit my neteller account.
Never had problems with PS about it.

There is no problem in doing this. Remember that Pokerstars first returns the values by the method you deposited for only after using the payment method you choose to receive the money.
