Hey everyone, I have been playing poker on pokerstars for a few years now and never had any problems. Recently I stopped playing for a few months up until last week. I deposited $100 into my Stars account. I then won some money on slots and stopped. The next day I won a bit more playing a couple of spin and go's and a couple of football bets. I then played live casino and placed a few larger bets and won $2000. At this point I decided to withdraw my funds. As always I was told that my withdrawal will be split into two. The lower amount of $750 will be processed straight away back into my account and the other $1250 will be sent for processing and placed into the pending withdrawal section. So far so good. After 2 days I had recieved the $750 into my account and then I checked on my pending withdrawal for the $1250. It was highlighted red and a message underneath informed me that the transaction requires my attention and that I need to contact security@starsaccount.uk. I thought that's ok i'll just send them a message to find out what's going on and I also sent copies of my ID in case this was the problem. This was 5 days ago however and I still have not had 1 response to let me know what is going on. In that 5 day period I have sent many emails using all the Pokerstars email adresses I can find. I have also tried using the contact support feature on my Pokerstars account and sent secure messages that way. Still no response and still my pending withdrawal is telling me to contact security@starsaccount.uk! What is going on? I'm on the verge of contacting IBAS or/and the gambling Commission. How can they not even get back to me? Are they rwally hoping to get away with not allowing me to withdraw this money which I won fairly? It can't have anything to do with bouses or bonus codes etc as I never do and never will use any. Any advice or similar resolved experiences would be appreciated. Thank you.
Steve.

you need to be patient. They will respond to you.
They always responded to my request and to my emails, pretty much quickly, in a matter of day-two.
I was always satisfied with them.
If you didn't send before some kind of docuemnts, id, etc.. it may take a few days.
But, you will get your money.

Maybe check your spam folder in case their emails went there accidentally.

Chill out,,their not a bank,,,takes about a week to get your cash. Can u imagine how many times people have tried to scam them? they have to check things out. (can`t stand people who can`t see past themselves) give things some thought,,,,try and think of the other side,,,and you might find things are easier to understand. gl wit your $ :joyman:

I recall having a issue once that I wanted looked at and it was taking longer than I was expecting so I contacted another email address/department to see if they could speed up the progress.
What I actually did was create more of a slowdown because more heads where now involved and I recall them stating that spamming them or creating multiple tickets can actually cause more trouble than good.
Just a tip for next time and I would check your spam folder as stated, have been known to have that issue as well in the past.
