Pokerstars verification {URGENT}

I joined a micro table and won about £15 to give an aggregate total of £25 on my account. The morning after, I woke up to a notification which said that "your stars account has been temporarily restricted pending a routine security investigation etc...).


They did not respond for a day so I sent an email and they replied asking for a form of verification document. I sent them a photo of my driving license and they said:


"Thank you for your time today!
We're happy to confirm that the automated verification of your Stars Account details has been successfully completed.
We thank you for choosing us and wish you good luck!"


This was over 12 hours ago however, when I log on to pokerstars, I still get the same notification saying that my account has been temporaily blocked

I'm not sure why I still cannot play and I want to start playing immediately because its so much fun on pokerstars!

No one will help you here. Only the support of poker will help you. Write to them again and again, and you will achieve your ...Everything will be fine))) you'll see

We can't help you here - you need to contact PokerStars support.

On a side note - are you using Chrome?

Someone from Pokerstars would need to manually reinstate you this could take up to a week. Write back support and remind them or ask if you need to provide anything else.

Debi it looks like he is using Internet Explorer you get stuff like that on forum when you use IE. Don't know why someone is still using IE in 2018 it is awful.

I'm not sure why I still cannot play and I want to start playing immediately because its so much fun on pokerstars!
Try to contact them thru live chat if you have available option(some countries doesn't have this option) and explain them. They Will resolve it within a 5min. I had same problem but ages ago. It was because the noticed I changed country and they asked to have my New datas and proof:cool:
