Stick to paper checks
My frustration with Pokerstars is mounting daily over the eCheck withdrawals. Their customer no service department appears to be outsourced to a third party and their is no way to talk to a human via phone that I know of. I'm now at 17 days and still no money. Received my paper check withdrawal in 5 days. Read the email chain below from the bottom and you will see some of the frustration in dealing with the star's NO service department.

Thank you for your email.
Please note that the echeck cashouts can take up to 10 business days
(Monday-Friday) to be reflected in your Bank statement. However, we are
aware that the processor have experienced a delay in transfer the funds.
We are currently investigating with our processor the status of this
transactions. As soon as we receive any updates, we will post it in our
site immediately. Unfortunately, we are unable to reverse this transaction
back to your PokerStars account as it's been transferred to the bank
already.
We apologize for the inconveniences you may experience for this delay.
If there is anything else we can help you with, please let us know.
