What's the longest you have had to wait to for a pokerstars e-check withdrawal to get into your bank account?

I've been waiting 14 business days on one now. They say 3-10, but my last couple only took 4-6.

ive been waiting almost a month for my latest 2, heres the email I got back from them:

Hello Brian,

I hope this email finds you well.

As you may already know, your eCheck refunds were delayed because our
supplier suffered from technical issues that have recently been
rectified.

The processing bank has confirmed that the following eCheck cashouts were
successfully processed on Tuesday, May 06th:

4/15/2008 11:29:49 AM Red xxxxxxxxxx $-688.51
4/21/2008 11:51:16 AM Red xxxxxxxxxx $-163.25

The transactions will take 3-5 business days to show up in your bank
statement.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you and for
the delay in receiving your funds.

Regards,

Sounds like you should talk to your bank and see what's going on if the problem's on their end. I just always cash out with a paper check, usually takes around a week.

I deposited $100 via eCheck, got my $100 bonus, and requested an echeck cash out on Monday (because I only like having winnings in my account).

I just got this a few minutes ago:

Hello SvgePenguin,

In recognition of the inconvenience you have suffered with the delay in receiving your eCheck cashout we have credited your account with a bonus of 20% of the requested cashout amount. This amounts to a credit of $20.00 for your $100.00 eCheck cashout requested on 06-May-08. This credit can be found in your PokerStars Cashier History as "eCheck compensation". You may check this by logging on to the PokerStars Cashier followed by clicking on the History button. These funds are available to you now without any kind of restrictions or conditions.

Regarding your missing cashout, we have been working hard with the processor to resolve this situation. The processor has informed us that the cashouts should start hitting players' bank accounts as of Monday May 12, or at the very latest on Tuesday, May 13. Please note that we are processing the oldest cashouts first so it is likely to take the next 5 - 10 business days for us to clear the backlog.

If, despite all the assurances by the supplier, there won't be any concrete evidence that players start receiving their credits by end of day on Tuesday, May 13, we will then cancel all cashouts and re-credit players' accounts. Players will then be invited to use alternative withdrawal options including paper checks. Should such a re-credit take place you will receive further communication from us.

If you have any questions, please contact us at any time.

Regards,

PokerStars Payments Team

Echeck Situation Still Unresolved?

poker_king_echeck_update.jpg
We promised last week that we would keep on top of this story.

From everyone that I have talked to, the Echeck situation for American residents is still unresolved.

In case you don't know what I am talking about, many people have requested Echeck transfers from Full Tilt Poker and Pokerstars, and have still not received any money in their bank accounts.

This is going back all the way to the beginning of April in some cases - some people requested Echeck transfers in the early days of April and have still not yet received their money.

The most frustrating part is that people have been told multiple times to expect their money by a certain date, but the money has still not shown up. As far as I am aware, some people have been given three progressively later dates when they would receive their money, but still nothing has shown up. From what I have been told, people were informed that their eCheck cashouts had been processed on Tuesday, May 6th and should show up in their accounts 3-5 business days later. As far as I am aware, no one has received their money as of yet. Hopefully it will start hitting people's accounts early in the week, but I have some serious doubts about that.

Other people are reportedly being told contradictory information in their correspondence with customer service reps. One person that emailed me wrote that they were told that their Echeck cashouts had been processed on two entirely different dates (meaning, one rep told them one day, and another rep told them another).

It's a shame because Echecks seemed like such a great option after Epassporte pulled the plug on processing poker transactions.

Paper checks from Pokerstars are still arriving quickly though. And apparently, after a slight delay, Full Tilt checks are starting to arrive.

Customer service reps continue to claim "technical problems" are the culprit for the non-existent (so far) Echeck withdrawals. Considering the length of the delay so far, you have to think that the problem is something more sinister, such as the Echeck processors running into some severe UIGEA-related problems. It's hard to imagine that it is anything else at this point.

Once this situation is resolved, Full Tilt and Pokerstars really need to generously compensate the players that have been affected. At the end of the day, they are fully responsible for making sure that people get their payouts on time. If you are going to rake millions of dollars per day, you have to be able to ensure that people get their withdrawals in a timely fashion. And if you can't, then you need to compensate them for it. I'm not talking about bonuses that need to be worked off either. First, focus on getting these people their money back. After that, give them a meaningful, no strings attached bonus for their troubles.

And one more thing - paper checks are your friends. Even if the Echecks magically start going through this week, I'd still withdraw via paper check. You never know when the system will bog down again.

As soon as we start hearing of American residents receiving their long-delayed Echeck transfers, we'll let everyone know. Fingers crossed.

Quads you are dead on balls accurated I have been waiting since April 20th for 2 cashouts and have received the same bullshit from there customer support as you have stated in your post.

They told me I should have recieved my money today still NOTHING.

Now the latest was they are suppost to refund my echeck cashout back to my account and i can order paper check. Which i have to wait another 10 business days. BUT i guess that is better than going thru this.

As I stated earlier I have received at 20% bonus on both cashouts but yet to get any funds.

Thanks for the good update please keep us posted.

Got this email from stars. I will give credit were credit is due, this seems like a decent compensation. This 20% bonus is not something that has to be earned either..it's a direct deposit to your account.

The headache of getting my money is..well..a headache, but this is nice because I deposited this money to earn that reload bonus with awhile back and am now withdrawing what I deposited. So, I already earned 20% on that $600, now I'm getting another 20%.
