Hi All,

Thanks in advance to those that can help.
I've emailed pokerstars but had no response so thought i'd ask elsewhere!

I deposited using a debit card on stars, then had the card stolen so had the card cancelled by the bank. Received a new card and deposited from that on stars too.

I've recently tried to cashout and it only gives me the option of cashing out on my old card (cancelled one)

Will this be a problem? I've continued with the withdrawal but am not sure what will happen, might it bounce back?

Please help!
Roger

If the card is no longer valid the bank should bounce it back.
I would likely cancel the withdraw until you get them to change it so it definitely goes into your account through your new card.

Throw a new card at stars $ 10. And this card will also have in cash desk. In the derivation of money you be prompted to choose a card. Choose a new one. I translate into WebMoney, and then on the map.I am tied to the wallet card. After discharging is distributed expiry date of the old card I tie a new card.
