Today PS refused my withdrawal, the sum in question is around 150$. Never had any problems before even for much larger sums (always deposited/withdrew via skrill).

I received automated request for documents, after I replied that I already sent those a while (few months) ago when I made the first cashout, silence ensued.

Is it just me or is this a massive neon flashing red flag? This scenario is exactly the same as many bankrupt online poker rooms. My first instinct is to get the money and run (if the money is retrievable at all).

Other explanation is that they actually managed to lose my document scans - not exactly reassuring either.

BTW I am a few hundred points from Platinum this month (1.5k USD paid in rake this month alone).

Your documents should be attached to your account, they shouldn't have lost them, just send them updated documents and you shouldn't have to do it ever again after proving it twice.

Good luck, hope you sort it out quickly.

I withdrew a lot more than that about an hour ago and it went straight to SKRILL. Must be something at your end.

I have no such problems, maybe you threw money at the expense of the other, and immediately put on the output, this PS is not very welcomed.

Why do they need repeated documentation? People don't really move around that much, logical would be to request those if I change my address data in the account.

Anyway I finally received an answer and am trying to sort this out.

It can only be automatically verification of documents which is conducted selectively, I do not think that you need to worry....Wait until contact with you Support pokerstars, I think they will give you a full explanation...Write here the result then when it's over ..

What answer you have received that this is the usual routine verification of documents ?

I did not receive any answer to my questions but when I sent the documentation anyway it was approved quickly.

The cashout took several minutes (earlier it was pretty much instant) but went through.
