Greetings,

So first of all, this is my first post here.

I'd like to cashout my money in pokerstars. The issue is I'm only 17 years old.
So, my questions is do I need to provided an ID card in order to withdraw my money ? (I've already confirmed, my personal details in order to make deposits and withdraws).

Now, in case I need to provide my ID card in order to make the withdraw, my birthday date in pokerstars is 1993, but I'm actually having 18 years in 2 months time.
So do you think (if the ID card is needed) if I provide my ID card (which has the birthday date in 1996) details in 2 months time in order to withdraw my money, they will ask me : "why your birthday year in your account is 1993, and in your ID card is 1996?"

Is there a way to change my birthday date in my account settings in pokerstars ?

Thank you in advance.

It's possible to change the date of birth.
To do so you have to send a copy of your id to Stars.
Your problem tho, is you violated the rules by playing under the age of 18.
Right now there's nothing you can do, but when you turn 18 you could change the date of birth.

However, I don't know how firm Stars will act.
I'm pretty sure they'll confiscate at least any profit you made while playing underaged.
They might perhaps allow you to withdraw the original deposit.

I'm really not sure about this, but right now you're in a tough spot.

I've been withdrawing several times from my account, but I really do not remember if they asked for an id the first time I did or asked for an id when I opened my account.

Nowadays if I want to withdraw, they don't ask for any verification, because I already did it sometimes in the past.

Maybe just give it a try and wait for their response.

Good luck but don't be surprised if PS pays you nothing for breaking the rules.

those checks will be automated and occur as soon as the date of birth is changed. You were stupid to lie in the first place and risk never being able to play at the best and safest site for players for the rest of your life because you couldn't wait until you were old enough.

If you really had to play online , you should have done it at lock poker , if they confiscated your money for underage play you wouldn't be any worse off than all the legitimate players and if you had requested a cashout you will be out of your teens before you probably receive it.

You will 100% be flagged for playing underage. You will change your birth date on the site, you will then be asked for ID, once you send in the ID they will flag you for playing underage. Whether you do it now or in 2 months you are going to be flagged and more than likely banned from the site because it is against their TOS. (They have banned players for less serious infractions).

If you try and cash out when you do turn 18- you will be asked for identification verification which won't match up with what it states on your account.
If you try and change your birthdate when you turn 18, you will be asked for ID again and they will see that you played under age.
There's no way around it.

Yea. You're stuck, pal.

Even if you wait till you are 21, they still aren't gonna do anything, because you deposited and played when you were 17. Sorry to say that.

If they find out that you cheated will freeze your account and money will be wasted.

It s clear that they will ask you for ID; the best thing to do is to send them an email to explain every thing; hope then you will not be banned from the site.
If you will pass the money by cheating to another player ; both of you will be banned.
