I made my first serve at pokerstars on 01/27, I'm waiting for the receipt (the way I made the serve on the site says processing within 72 hours to wait 3-5 business days), as soon as I receive I will pass the information to you if really the deadline has been met.

I do not know if you still need the information but I will report, I received the withdrawal today. I had small problems with account verification but everything was solved and from the moment it was resolved, it was fast. I imagine have given this problem because was be the first withdrawal and that the next will be without any kind of problem. The method used was PokerstarsPay

It really does depend on the method you are using as much as the site.
Example on Pokerstars I can do a withdrawal via ecoPayz which is an ewallet it takes less than 2 hours for me to receive my funds. If I do withdrawal via visa on Pokerstars it can take up to 3 days for Pokerstars to process and after that it takes around 5 days to show up on my cards.
