Hello,
I'm a Canadian player and I have tried to withdraw funds many times on this site and it is always extremely complicated, or I must say impossible!! I have tried for about 6 months!!! Initially, they were able to send checks by mail but now they have decided to stop that for Canadian players...without any valid reason.

Withdrawals through bankwire is the only option but unfortunately they cannot do it. There is always something new, more delays, more frustration.

Last month, I have asked my bank representative to send me all the banking information for processing wires and I have given them all the information they needed and still they cannot process it. They tell me the information is not valid, believe me, it is valid. They owe me close to 1000 USD. Often, they will even make mistakes by using different account numbers, it just happenned to me. Here is the email they sent me:
We apologize that the previous notification regarding your withdrawal processed through bank wire, incorrectly showed the wrong account number. Rest assured that the funds are being sent to the correct account we have on file.
Obviously I have not received anything. Here is the following email I just received.
We refer to your recent withdrawal for $xxxx and confirm that the funds have been returned by our processor and credited to your V-chip balance.
Nothing yet in my bank account...

If you have a solution, please inform me, I am really pissed off,
For all poker players out there, choose another site!!!

It could be worse, they could just freeze your 62k and refuse to give it back.
Look on the bright side.

True story:smile:

Best thing I can suggest to you is using moneybookers. I have never had any troubles at all using their service. It's safe, fast, and reliable. They are accepted and used at almost all poker sites. But don't take my word for it....try them out.
