I have been using PicClub for the past year.
It is a little slower to withdraw that I like, but has been very reliable.
They just lost the Merge network, but still have several of the other major sites. You can transfer from your Picclub account to a participating network within minutes. If you are a member, please comment on your experience.

I truly think PiCClub is an amazing resource. I like how it lists all your poker accounts and can give you a balance on each all in one list so that you can move money in-and-out of them to put your money where you need it. It appears to be a unique wallet. It is highly reliable and very quick indeed.

Im a PICCLub customer and am very pleased with them.
It does take a little over 2 weeks to get a check but they charge no fees for checks unlike E-walletxpress who charges 10% for withdrawals.
I hate that PIC lost the Merge network. PIC customers could withdraw and deposit instantly before the big split.

Chris, I honestly had not looked into their check withdrawals yet. Thank you, I had figured there would have been a charge. eWallet's 10% is outrageous.

Thanks again.

:canabis: :D tho I've only been with them just over a year they are very good and I would give them a rateing of A+,with almost instant deposits & withdrawls with the various poker rooms they are affiliated with & I play at(wish they were with all the USA friendly rooms I play at).For us oppressed USA poker players it is also a legal way to avoid major problems due to the brugh UEIGA law. They do not charge for the checks from Pic to me & it useally only takes 5 to 10 days to recieve.Another BIG + is they give you a yearly interst rate on the moneys you have deposited with them in your account which I don't believe any other online money transfer Co. does.
The problems with & unfortunate split with Merge came just as I made a withdrawl from a merge room & subsequently it took 4 months for them(merge) to send my $$$ to Pic,but Pic kept me well informed as to what was up and the whys with Merge and once they finally got the $$$ from merge they sent a email informing me & the $$$ check was in my mailbox in 5 days after that.
Now I need to set up another withdrawl method with Merge .... any suggestions

You can get a check from Merge for a $15fee. Which is higher than most sites. You could also open an E-walletxpress acct. but they charge 10% for withdrawals. but its a great deposit option.
Ive withdrawn from aMerge sites onto my E-wallet acct and then deposit onto a site I play at alot and withdraw via check through them.
Alot of sites you can get 1 free check per month if your a depositor.

This time last year, check withdraws were taking 2-3 MONTHS. During my last check withdraw, I was required to cancel it and FORCED to withdraw funds from pic back to merge!

So, do you or anyone reading know how long it is taking now for checks from PIC Club? I've never requested one from them. I'm used to getting checks from PStars and bodog.

 the big blowup with Merge caused the delays with money transfers from them to Pic , but once the money from the site you withdraw from to pic clears ,and you then make your request for a check from Pic,the checks from Pic useally take between 5 days(my fastest one) to 2 weeks to process and recieve.

I like the idea of moveing the money out thru a Ewallet to a site that has free checks or does'nt charge as much. especially since I'm not a big playa and my withdrawls are only enough $$$ for extra BBQ supplies.;)
I'll have to look into which sites I play at use the same ones ect. and set myself up with 'em. thnx chrisJJJJ

Bodog, Cake, and Power Poker all take E-walletXpress and charge no fee for withdrawing via check. (1 per month is free) Bodog is a $50 min and is one of the fastest for withdrawals.

Just wanted to add, I've been using PIC CLUB since its inception, I always get a check after I request it, I've never had a problem with the checks bouncing or taking 30 days to clear.

However, I don't want to come off as a "shill" for PIC CLUB. There are plenty of gripes. The last check I withdrew for $175 on 4/22/2010, it arrived 6/9/2010. I think that's 48 days, 8 weeks basically. I always chat with them after the 30 day mark, because if you chat before that, the standard excuse is "it takes 30 days to process it".

I get so sick of their BS excuses. After the 30 day mark, the excuse is always, "email cashier@picclub.com, we in this department do not handle this, they do" but every time I do that I never get any reply whatsoever. That obviously shows the chat support is just there to make excuses and just get rid of you.

One time I crap talked PIC CLUB on twoplustwo - I actually got a call from Chuck Kidd. He kind of violated my privacy by calling my cell phone which I entered into PIC CLUB - I dunno, maybe there's a clause that they can do that. But he basically tried to reassure me - this was during the fiasco where Merge dropped PIC CLUB. That's another story, but I basically blame PIC CLUB for being inept and letting that whale deposit large $ in and out of dozens of merge rooms.

I suppose the reason it still takes a long time to get your checks is PIC CLUB was hurt by that. They lost about $100K AFAIK. Hopefully they will speed up in the future.

In the past, 3 weeks was how long it took to get a check. That's fast compared to their new standard of 8 weeks, though. In the very beginning of pic club (2007?) yeah, checks took 5 days sometimes.

As far as the interest bearing account part of PIC CLUB - you can voluntarily put money into it, but the problem is, you may not withdraw it until December of the given year you did that. So your interest bearing money could be tied up for up to a year, and unlike a CD at a bank, there is NO way to withdraw it until December. I have no way of knowing whether anyone actually got paid a significant amount of interest money. But I have no reason to believe they do not do that. I never put in more than a $1, I don't really trust that part of PIC CLUB. They could theoretically have shills post, "yeah, I made 10% on my $1000 deposit this year for $100!" to forums. Who's to know?
