Have we lost our damn mind people. Cash in and as fast cash out. This is out of control, and is not debatable that you, I or anyone else should get paid at a snails pace or with some freaky uncomfortable payment method. This needs to be organized better than what I'm doing here but it also needed to start yesterday.

Unless we are all suckers a response in this thread should be I want a check sent priority with reasonable rates, or 0-2 business day bank wire, or ACH 1-3 business day, or some other reasonable payment that looks and feels like cash in your hand asap.

You online companies should be opening bank accounts in every country you have players for quicker same country transfers.

If you people don't start standing up and speaking out and keep giving them your cash and accept their bs they will degrade us further.

THIS IS NOW NOT TOMORROW, NOT LET ME THINK ABOUT IT. I WANT THE RACETRACK EXPERIENCE, THE CASINO EXPERIENCE, THE ONLINE TRADING ACCOUNT EXPERIENCE. CASH IN CASH OUT, IMMEDIATELY OR WE'RE ALL JUST :sheep:

Unfortunately we live in a time that it doesn`t benefit us as a whole to be able to send cash immediately. It would be convenient, but disastrous to the financial sector.(Money laundering, and such):dontknow:

What you said is not applicable to this thread. That is law enforcement's job to tackle money laundering and if online poker, gaming and casinos do not want to be a party to illegal behavior at that level and be on the radar of the feds or of the like organizations globally they are vetting out deposits that make no wagers and turn to be transferred.

Joe and Jane Doe gambler should have the opportunity to move their hundreds or thousands of dollars in their online gaming accounts via withdrawals quickly and cost effectively as easy as they made their deposits that have been put through risk (play), and now they are the fortunate winners and should be able to receive their funds accordingly.

I agree, but b4 the first deposit or withdrawal a health check is normal to avoid abuse.
Maybe the check should be brought forward to the registration phase. But it is in the companies interest, supported by governments, that only withdrawals are checked.

Player 1 makes a deposit $25, loses, makes another deposit $50 loses, makes another $50 deposit wins $250 in their 20th tournament. Now Player 1 wants to withdraw $200.

It takes very little time, energies to see that was legitimate play (That is if you staff your accounting with more than 1-2 personnel). You are right if a company wants to be greedy and self interested sure they can take and make long hold times, charge $25, $50 or more for checks, bank wires, ach, or other legitimate transfers like pre-paid debit cards, etc.

I'm seeking for us to be treated fairly, reasonably and in the current system most online companies are acting predatorily.

It's not just about money laundering.

Your post demands that poker sites establish bank accounts in the countries where they have players.
It's illegal for US banks to do business with online poker sites, except for sites that states have regulated and licensed.

This is the law that was used to shut down sites on Black Friday.

We all want our money as quickly as possible.
Thanks to bitcoin, the situation is much better for US players than it used to be.
I have no interest in investing in bitcoin, I just use it as a method of withdrawing quickly. I sell the bitcoin within a few hours of receiving it (i.e. I convert it to dollars and put it in my checking account), so my exposure to bitcoin's volatility is limited.

For those players who still want checks, it would be nice if those came faster. But payment processors make some of their money by holding on to funds for a while. If the checks came faster, they would charge more for their services. That would be passed on to consumers in the form of withdrawal fees or higher rake.

Good points, recently I saw bitcoin lose 1/3 of its value in a day, it's a tremendously volatile "currency". Would be a shame, some one wins a million dollar tournament and if their cash out was $150k or so, that actual amount could swing both ways when it reaches the benefactor.

In private consumer (business and govt.) protection I'm on the phone primarily any given day with a slew of alphabet agencies in the states and the gc's of large companies here stateside to stop those companies from committing not limited to but including racketeering. Moving poker monies is like jaywalking, comparable to the aforementioned. Like marijuana which is still illegal federally (looking the other way from Obama to now), the states are starting to speak, including Florida, one of the most of the conservative. The people have spoken. I've engaged.

For everyone the situation is different. Sometimes the way you have it setup and the information and products you have available to you is a major factor. I play mainly on pokerstars
I live on a small island that most may not have heard of at the end of the Caribbean island chain. A real nowhere place compared to other big countries where most are from.
I can win a tournament right now on Pokerstars an in less than hour I can walk to the ATM which is 10 mins walking distance away and collect my winnings.

For the US sites it takes a little longer normally around 48 hours to get a payout.

These are just my experience and to show it is not all bad as some make it out to be.

Well you make a GREAT point, if PokerStars who was actual victim of Black Friday can get monies to people instantly and up to 48 hours to some jurisdictions now, then the other companies....
