2 month ago i send my pass photo to confirm pokerstars account . Pokerstars requested it after i tried to withdraw 100 euros. They not responding on my email already 2 month. I dont think its only because of virus and they have problems with support. Maybe i got shadow ban or smthing?xd

Two months seems like a long time but it's completely standard for them to require identification verification before the initial withdrawal. After that it should be good to go (my pokerstars withdrawals hit my account in 3 days max, usually next day)

You should try contacting them again. Maybe even try there live chat feature.

I'm scared ahead, if I have to deal with Pokerstars support in the future. This isn't the first time I've heard a complaint about pokerstars customer service. It’s still outrageous that the biggest poker room has such poor customer service!

Account freezed , cant contact them . I've tried everything
