What should be done if online poker site not allowing withdraw ..an customer care not responding...

Send I.D if not verified and use responsible gambling tools if possible to restrict and stop playing on the site and play on another one instead until your withdrawal is processed.
Find out why is it a bonus or rollover you need to play through for example it depends really what poker site is it screenshot an attempted withdrawal and failure and maybe somebody can help you better?

Need more information to offer any assistance. Which poker room are you referring to? Almost every room require some sort of verification and deposit before you can withdraw. Every room I play on always respond to their Customer Service within 24 hours, most do in less and most have more than one way to contact support.

Customer care response is we will forward this to our casher department an let you know so waiting for there mail back or reply. GG poker site ..all my docs are 100% Verifyd .an there rules to withdraw is to have to deposit .so i deposit longback....well will wait for there reply for 3days an see..

Such problems occur in fraudulent rooms or where you are not wanted to see (for one reason or another). Unfortunately, we have practically no levers of influence on the minds!

It is difficult to say what is the reason for this situation. But anyway, I think all you can do is wait for a response from support. Sometimes you can wait several weeks for such an answer.

Played n lost the amount ...just will wait an know why thy stop withdrawal .never take deposit bonus from they will hang your withdraw ..saying ul loss your bonus deposit amount if you withdraw .so i had to mail them n tell them to cancel my deposit bonus.

Reason

The reason was thy said .minimum amount to withdraw is 50USD in gg poker .my question is why thy show minimum withdraw amount 10USD AT the time of withdraw .

I do not understand why this room allows some users to make deposits but it puts a series of obstacles for when you want to make a withdrawal that is liveliness or that ... it happened to me to deposit with a visa ... but then when I wanted to withdraw they did not allow me do it by visa..but to deposit if of course there is no problem but to withdraw they ask you for an amount of documentation that you have to gather .. I think I'll go back to my 888 room and pokerstars. nothing to do with intertops .. I'm going to have to lose my deposit it was only 25 dollars luckily because I almost deposited 200 there if it had hurt more ..

I have never played at Gg poker but restrictions are similar at most sites. Not saying they all are right.
