I have written to poker stars but received no answer. does anyone have any information. My Questions to poker stars were in this letter: I am a longtime United States player and hope to continue to play at your great site. Hate to bother you but recent news about US justice department funds seizures are making me worry about cashouts. Are there any problems with cash out to United States players at the present time. If the justice department seizes funds or my bank refuses to accept a deposit can we be reasonable sure Poker Stars will make available alternate funds and or alternate methods of payment. I am just a retired disabled person who enjoys poker. Thanks for your views on this confusing situation. (seabottom).

No fresh news, but it happened to most of the sites serving the US.

I myself had a check delivered which ended up bouncing, causing me all sorts of grief. Luckily (apparently) it was from FT and they posted an extra $100 to my account because of that seizure, and the associated penalties.

thats good that they put the 100 in your account but can you cash out now and get a check that wont bounce.

I had checks from UB and PS canceled and small amount added to those accounts for the trouble. I resubmitted cashout requests a week later, but has been almost two weeks and haven't received them yet (usually gets here in less than week). Think they are just really backed up from that time down (my PS check was pending for a week), and on top of that, probably have had more cashout requests from people who were worried. Hopefully things get back to normal processing time soon...

Don't think site specific. Stars is no different than FT, or Cereus, or probably bodog or the Cake sites.

In the case of the big 3 (Stars, FT, Cereus), I'm pretty sure they will find a way to get your money to you.

I requested a $350 cashout on FT on June 6th... have not seen any funds yet. E-mails have been sent, no responses received

Requested a $455.67 cashout from Absolute on June 6th...have not seen any funds no responses to e-mails

Requested a $250 cashout from pokerstars on June 6th...have not seen any funds and no responses to e-mails

My girlfriend requested a FT cashout of $125 (built it up from $5) on May 25th. No funds and no e-mail...

I don't want to get screwed out of $1,180.67 I just wish they would respond to e-mails... im getting frustrated

---All those cashouts were when I decided I was going to quit playing online... now I definately won't anymore except for CC stuff
