this is a extension of the post I made in poker room thread I prob should of posted here..

this lady Tara threatened me and had a co worker call me and continue lie that I was going to be discontinued play because i owed bovada lol, i owed bodog 20 dollar in 2006 and bovada was ok with that iv been doing business with them for a few years.

on top of that this ignition casino i deposited 6 times all declined, then next day $ out of my account all info is below from previous post...

Hi guys, I have been a member with Bovada for a few years now and bodog previous with no issues on deposit or cashing out.

However I deposited Monday night six attempts, three on each of my two major visa debits, and all were denied, I wake up Tuesday morning, yesterday and find that 55 dollars has been taken out of my account!!

this is where it gets good....

I call up chase make a claim they say they have to wait for it to post as it was pending, I call merchant, ignition, and they say your bank chase is holding the funds waiting for us to " decline" transaction and that once they see that ignition declined it my money would be back into my account..

well to my surprise this morning the charge for 55 under news cut posted and is now final and no longer pending as if I recieved goods for it..
and Chase said they can not refund my 55 as it was not fraud I authorized purchase / but didnt get my money in my ignition account so im out 55 dollars now

also I called and asked to talk to a manager yesterday and they sent me to a
TARA in accounting who told me to calm down got very rude with me and even threatened to " PLACE ME ON BLACKLIST AND RESTRICT BUSINESS FROM ME" and to " WATCH WHO I WAS TALKING TOO "

in which when I called back to complain about this they told me they could not find the conversation even tho I gave them time and phone number I called from one rep called back as I requested him too after he investigated it 5 hours later and told me its " AN INTERNAL ISSUE BUT WE WILL NO LONGER BE DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU UNTIL YOU CLEAR YOUR DEBT WITH BOVADA IN 2006"

lol I owed bodog 20 dollars before bovada and I offered to pay them they said dont worry about it and just join bovada I called them on this I was very clear.

i called back they have no record of Tara saying that or of the rep calling me back and that the accounting team and them agree my account is in good standing.
i requested an answer for how Tara harrassed me.

now I was aggrivated but I wasnt over the line, how would you feel if 55 you deposit didnt come into your account and they are saying chase is holding it and chase is saying they are.

I depo anywhere from 20-200 every week to play for the past 2-3 years on bovada..

and the merchant ignition told me to call them back if the charge 55 posts and is not refunded to my account so that is the next step, any advice.. thanks for reading
figured I should let you guys know before you deposit.

Kara in customer service suggested I send this email and wait 24-48 hours..

so we will see..

Keva in customer service was very pleasant to talk to and informed me about the actions that must be taken to have this situation rectified..

I attempted to deposit 55 on Monday night 6 times on two different debit cards visa 0131 and 9641 both declined on ignition and in morning yesterday Tuesday 0131 was charged 55.00

i called chase bank i called ignition both said the other party was holding funds, and ignition said if funds posted and were not refunded into account call back so I am and am now speaking Keva

because the transaction is no longer pending and chase will not credit me 55 dollars on this as it is a dispute with the merchant as I previously did business with you "bovada" and i authorized transaction.

attached is statement from bank

Prolly nothing you can do.. This was very similar to the back in forth I got from bovada when the check they sent me didn't clear. Hope you didn't inform chase that the payment was made to an online casino

update, my bank covered the 55 in my account with a credit, so ignition either pays me my 55 back or they lost a customer for a while, no reason my bank should have to cover the amount and investigate

can anyone explain this?

Hi Jeremy,

Thanks for contacting Ignition Casino Customer Service. We noticed you've sent us more than one email. For your convenience, we're replying to your emails together here.

We apologize for the delayed response as we've received a large volume of email inquiries.

We're sorry to learn of what you've experienced with your deposit.

We see that pre-authorization has been discussed with you. It means the money was held in reserve in case the deposit was successful.

The credit card company puts the funds in a pending state until they confirm that the funds weren't actually collected by us.

Depending on your card issuer, funds in a pre-authorized state are generally credited back in approximately 7-10 business days, if not sooner.

We received the screenshot of your bank statement; however, there's no need for it as of yet as it hasn't been passed 10 business days. If after this time frame the funds aren't yet credited back to your card, send us your updated bank statement so that we can help reconcile your deposits to ensure you weren't overcharged.

If you require further assistance, please feel free to contact us.

Best Regards,

Customer Service

This is super standard that when a business sells it covers it's previous debts off it's books. It's part of the acquisition part when they assign valuation to a business based on it's owed and debted money.

You said you owed them $20, why don't you just pay it and square yourself away and move on. They are holding the funds, and it doesn't sound like your bank cleared them. No business that deals in cash is going to just give you money w/o it fully clearing. Your bank is the problem, not ignition.

Any ways, I hope you figure it out, but it sounds like you're just a liable for the problem that's happening as your bank and ignition.

sure and I asked them this just in case they said in no way do I owe 20 to them, their email is saying I should get it back in my account within 10 business days of the 15th.

You said you owed them $20, why don't you just pay it and square yourself away and move on.

I would have no problem paying that debt off, but when I called back they have no record of it and kept telling me to call bovada to verify that debt, when I signed up for bovada a few years back I called and asked if I owed anything they said either no or they said not to worry about the 20.00, I deposit 100-200 a week.

They are holding the funds, and it doesn't sound like your bank cleared them. No business that deals in cash is going to just give you money w/o it fully clearing. Your bank is the problem, not ignition.

my bank gave me a temp credit of 55.00 they take care of me, and if you check the bank statement I highlighted the charge that was posted aka fully went through not pending any more.. so ignition def received $

Any ways, I hope you figure it out, but it sounds like you're just a liable for the problem that's happening as your bank and ignition.

I appreciate your opinion but if you think about it iv done business with bovada for a few years straight never had any problems like this depositing , and all my cashouts were prompt . then new ownership of a new company even tho its the same software comes along and this isnt the first time I questioned a charge I just paid the other 55 dollar charge instead of disputing it because I wasnt 100 % sure, I am about this charge I highlighted in the image I never recieved money..
just thought id notify the community here and I do appreciate the response I didnt know companies sold off their debt like that.

so I wait a couple weeks

Hi Jeremy,

Thanks for your reply.

Based on our previous email response, these are pre-authorized holds which means the money was held in reserve in case the deposit was successful. The credit card company puts the funds in a pending state until they confirm that the funds weren't actually collected by us.

Also, you were advised that if, after 10 business days, your funds aren't yet credited back to your card, contact us back so that we can help reconcile your deposits to ensure you weren't overcharged.

If you require further assistance, contact us.

Best Regards,

I've never had any issue with deposits or payouts on Bovada or Ignition.

Just received a check I requested about 10 days ago this morning. ($1,600)

For me, these sites have the fastest and best deposit and payout options.
