Ace check cashing sells a reloadable card named Netspend
IT WORKS its an online card it was designed for use online
I have used it for 2 weeks with no problems. For 10 dollars
a month u can get all ur fees included so the only thing u
pay is when u use it at atms, it has web access so u can check ur balance online, it is rechargeable at any ace
check cashing AND exxon gas stations have a big atm
that lets u load money directly on it, its better than a credit
card! I have had zero problems with the card and the customer service

Sounds like a horrible deal. Why pay 10 bucks a month? My credit card pays me 2% back.

Here are a few reasons...

couple reasons

1. US credit cards dont work on internet gambling sites

2. This is reloadable with NO interest

3. Some of us dont have good credit therefore a credit
card is out of the question

4. The 10 is a monthly fee so that all your transactions r
free, thats cheaper than a bank acct AND u can direct
deposit to your card

I can list more if u like

I've deposited once on Stars like 6 months ago and used my credit card. Policy has changed since then I guess.

NO NETSPEND

Never use netspend, they robbed me money. Look up information on them they ruin peoples lives. People have gotten identity stolen from them. They robbed me when i tried depositing on pokerstars, money never showed up on pokerstars but disappeared from the account. This is after over 10+ times depositing with an all access netspend card. DO NOT USE NETSPEND

Not necessarily true. I have a US issued visa that deposits just fine on FT and SportsBook.

2. This is reloadable with NO interest
No other reloadable cards charge interest, nor should they since it's your money and not credit. Other examples that are reported to work with poker sites are Simon and All Access reloadable cards.

3. Some of us dont have good credit therefore a credit
card is out of the question
Now that I can't argue with, I guess.

Definitely NOT true about being cheaper than a bank acct. I'm not sure I know anyone these days who pays $10/mo for an ordinary checking account. I pay $7/mo for a "premium" interest bearing checking account with free online banking and no ATM fees. Due to competition, most banks gave up on the fees for basic checking accounts years ago. That said, eChecks are reported to be suspended on Stars and FT right now, so I guess for those sites bank accounts are currently a no-go too.

As far as withdrawing directly to the card, that would be a bonus for some people I guess, but FT lets me withdraw up to $950/week directly to my bank account, or $5000/week via paper check. Haven't attempting to withdraw from Stars yet as I'm still nursing my BR back to health on there, but I hear it's pretty easy to withdraw too. I don't mind waiting a few days for a check, personally.

Those are some reasons why it's hard for many of us to justify a $10/month fee. ;)
