Neteller won't allow bank withdrawals to Serbia anymore?

Hello guys,
this morning i logged to my personal neteller account and got this weird note at the top of the page:
There are no available bank withdrawal options in your country. You can spend your funds at a merchant website or transfer money to a NETELLER account. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Anyone around know something about this, any thoughts, any suggestion how to go further?

But, now, how we going to withdrawals gambling money in Serbia - don't know...
