I usually use my bank ATMs but they close at midnight... does anybody know if the neteller card can be used on ANY ATM/ATH that accepts mastercard?

Olá amigo, creio que sim, pois ele é um cartão inrternacional comum, assim como outro qualquer.

yep...they charge a fee 2% recently which is good for small amount withdrawal
before it was a 6$ flat fee
