Need Smart people... How to deposit $18.50 from a visa gift card

Ok, so I was able to deposit on intertops with a visa gift card, but I have now have a gift card with $18.50 on it but there min deposit is $20.

Any crazy ideas on how I can get that money onto either Intertops or pokerstars (pokerstars declines the visa... gambling related)

I have currently have: Intertops Account,
Pokerstars Account,
Moneybookers Account


Props to anyone who has the answer.

PokerStars min deposit is $10 so that should work for you. Don't use gift cards so not sure if this will do the job. If you're in the US it won't.

umm, appreciate the reply, but did read my whole message? I tried the visa gift card on pokerstars, but it was declined because visa blocks gambling transactions that take place in the US. Some sites get around this by creating new merchant accounts to charge to, but no luck on pokerstars.
