If I could ever get my balance up high enough to cash out I would tell you, but I imagine they require that you have made a deposit.

Can't say for Stars. I know you don't have to at FT and everyone claims stars is easier to withdraw at.

thats not right , u must deposit on FT in order to make a wihdraw, i had to do it 3 month a go .

You can withdraw by check on FT without depositing. I've withdrawn many times and never deposited.
