Making deposit via Skrill

Hi everyone! I have faced a problem trying to make a deposit via skrill (see the screenshot shown below). Has anyone have the same problem? How can I use these money for gambling? Will it help if I transfer it to my friend's account and then get it back (google said that it should be marked as "enable for online gambling" while transferring to make it possible to make a deposit then)?
