You may want to contact their support department to ask about this. However, do now that when depositing from the USA, i would usually get an extra charge from my bank or credit card for "international transaction fee" because their payment processors are off shore somewhere.

i seen a foreign transaction fee on top of the $99.67 that was charged to my debit card! i deposit $90 ignition showed the the fee was only $5.36 so that would come out to $95.36 the foreign transaction fee was $1.54 which would total $96.90 but the total that was actually charged after everything was said and done $101.21 so i pay $9.67 these sites shouldn't have to charge any kind of deposit fees. I know they make enough off of rake and tournament fees.
